Alvengard is an underground city located in the northwest. Many prisoners are but here to be cast away from the real world and ignored. Though it is a city for prisoners, cursed children are also born here. The temperature is very cold, as the water is straight from the mountains. It is not usually unreasonable to catch diseases vital to life. Anyone can roleplay here.

The creature awoke and opened his green eyes, only to find his paws and hooves wrapped in large silver chains and some sort of muzzle on the end of his nose. A loud and furious growl escaped his throat, and his forest eyes shifted over the prison to find them bringing someone else into the cell next to him. Lifting his head so he could get a better view, he rolled his eyes, seeing that the creature that the two men were bringing in was female. "Females they always complain about everything... I swear if she starts complaining about anything I'm going to break these chains and kill someone." He muttered, lowering his head back onto the cold floor. His green optics scanned the dungeon once more, and he sat up, his tail flickering side to side impaitionatly.

Jenna opened her mouth to respond to the guards tugging on her arms either direction, but she realized that there was a tough piece of packing tape blocking it. She breathed in heavily through her nose, afraid to pass out again. The guard dragged her into a dim room, clamped something that appeared to be a handcuff around her arm, and locked it to a steel bar. The guards both chuckled simultaneously and strutted out of the room. "Get back here! Let me off!" She hissed, glaring furiously at the locked door. Jennzia then sighed and glanced to her left. A large horse -- no, lion -- maybe a mix? -- stood firmly there. She jumped, startled, then muttered in a halfhearted voice, "Hello." Half expecting the animal to reply, she sighed again and looked down. A pile of human bones stood rotting there. Jennzia's eye twitched and she turned back to the creature. Would it respond? Could it understand her English?

Hearing a faint hello coming from the cell next to him, a loud huff escaped his lips and he turned his head to see the female they was dragging into the dungeon. He spat out a, "Hello," and turned his head away from the female, his tail twitching madly. The liorse's ears flickered listening to sobs, shouts and screams coming from many different cells, and he turned to face the female once more, a frown plastered on his facial features. "So... why you here?" He asked, his emerald optics sweeping over the prison for a breif second, before setting back onto the human. "Theft? Treson?" The tan creature opened his mouth once more, only a few of the crimes he knew escaping his mouth.

Jennzia rolled her eyes, trying to zone out the agonized noises exploding from the being around the jail. It was hard to pay attention to a conversation with such fine hearing abilities with screams in the background. Treason? What had she really done? Jenna knew she hadn't broken the law. She had merely said no. "Um... how about refusing to become the next Lord of the Lands?She sighed. It sounded impractical to be put in jail for using her right of opinion. Trying to forget her reasonless banning of the outside world, she turned to the horse-lion, "And you? Why are you here?" Thank was the real question. How could such an animal be thrown into jail? Murder? Jennzia knew she would surely laugh if that was the answer. For some reason the thought of a human being brutally torn apart by a wild animal was hilarious to Jenna.

He chuckled lightly, his gaze falling towards his locked up paws. "Theft... people have been claiming that I stole something from a prince or some lord... all I know is that I didn't do it," His tail waved side to side, and a growl escaped his throat as he started thinking about the men that locked him up. He stood up, and opened his mouth, few words escaping his jaws, "Anyway... name's Thor," The creature's paws and hooves shifted under him, as he tried moving about in the stall like cell, but it was little use, he could bearly turn himself 'round to face the strange human. "No use..." He muttered, and planted his rear back on the ground, his ears pinned back onto his skull.

Jennzia was most confused by the horse-lion's reply. Theft? How was on animal supposed to steal something. She began considering a reply. Would this creature eventually tell the truth if she asked him if he really committed a theft? From the castle? It didn't sound likely. Many, many platinum-clad soldiers surrounded the castles. It would take true skill to break in, and to steal nonetheless. And what would a horselion like... Thor ... want with human goods? She took a deep breath. "I'm Jennzia. Jenna." She turned her head to ignore the horse-lion's expression, if he had one,"But did you steal anything?" If Thor had, in fact, committed the crime, Jenna would be surprised. She did not expect theft from him. If he hadn't she'd probably start plotting ways to escape the jail. She saw that her feet could stretch to the cell door. Maybe if she pushed hard enough, the door would open. Jenna would have to find that out with help, though.

Thor turned his head, perking his ears upwards. "No... I guess they thought it was me because there was paw prints and hoof prints all over the cortyard... what they forgot was there is somewhat many of my kind..." He repiled, tilting his ears forward at the sound of a distant roar, recognizing the roar as a leoapards, he relaxed a little. "Maybe they thought it was me because I'm seen around many towns and cities," Thor added, carefuly lowering the rest of his body onto the cold ground, his head tilted to one side and he opened his mouth to speak once more, though a faint chuckle escaped instead, "Want to get out?" His tail swished across the floor, and he shuffled his font legs carefuly.

Jenna nodded at the response. People nowadays had a habit of blaming species for different crimes. She herself had been blamed fro several murders but had been proven innocent. Jennzia really did want to get out. But how? She placed her shoes tightly on the cell door. It was unlocked. The door flung slowly open. No guards were in the room. If Jennzia would get the clamps off of her wrists, it would be an easy escape. She turned to Thor. " Any ideas on how to get these clamps off?" Thor might know a way to get hem off. He was part lion, a strong creature. And part horse, also a very muscular being. Together, the two of them would escape, Jenna knew it.

He thought hard, thinking of any way to get the heavy chains off, and then he had an idea. "Well... we could try banging them on the bars," The tan coloured creature gave it a go and his ears fell back onto his skull, the chains making a loud clank on the bars. "There!" He purred, the clamp on his right front leg coming loose, leaving him partly free. His tail flickered, and he started to free one of his other legs, before turning and saying, "The chains are pretty rusty... so they should come off easily," Thor shock out his mane once both of his front legs were free, and a soft whinny escaped his furry lips. "Hopefuly it'll work for you!" He smirked, and started to buck his legs, the chains coming looser each time the clamps hit the bars.

Jenna flinched at the loud clatter of the ripping chains. Her ears flared, but this was the only way out. She stretched her fists as far apart as possible, and the chain snapped. It was corroded a copper shade from rust. It was obviously very old. Jenna ran over the small cell window. The bricks underneath were all out of whack -- they would be easy to step on. Though breaking out of the cell would only lead her to more depress and darkness, it was still an escape. Jennzia placed a foot on one brick and grabbed another with her hand. It would take a lot of effort to climb the wall, but Jenna was already halfway there. She breathed heavily. What if a guard were to walk in and see the open door? What if Thor were to change sides and tattle on her? Pushing the thoughts away, Jenna reached the window. She shoved her feet out. "I made it! Now it's your turn."

Once his back legs were free, Thor quickly banged his front hooves on the cell door, and made his way to Jenna's cell. He lept upwards, and tucked his paws in, so he won't risk scraping them on the old stone brick, and smiled when he landed near the human female. "So... what now? Where to go?" He lifted his head, spotting some figures in the distance, and more words escaped his maw, "Let's get out of here and quickly... before those humans over there find out," The creature set off at a trot, but stopped, and looked over his shoulder. "You choose a place... I'm not sure about these parts..." He added, sniffing at the air.

There were only a few places they could go. The Timbelle Forest had too many light-related elements. Not the castle of the lands, either -- people there thought Jenna was in jail. There was in fact only one place to flee to was the Burnt Forest. Ghostly white burnt trees and a chilly air.... at least there was air. Getting out of the prison would be a dream come true. Jennzia slipped her arms out of the small window and dropped down. It was pretty straightforward to the exit of the city. "To the Burnt Forest!" She whispered, dashing out of the city as fast as she could without anyone seeing her.

The creature nodded his head and galloped after her, a soft whinny coming from his now parted jaws. He sighed as he ran along, his mane blowing in the soft breeze, and his tail flickering slightly. The liorse stopped when he seemed far enough away from the strange prison, and another sigh escaped his lips, before he trotted onwards to the Burnt Forest. 'I hope they don't follow us.' He thought, his eyes sweaping over the landscape.
